"Our Smartfit laser meter is a helpful tool for bicycle retailers. It consists of an igus NSV-01-27 rail with a laser-engraved scale and pre-load prism slide carriage paired with a cross laser. The laser meter is ideal for making precise measurements and settings on the bike. This allows the optimum frame height to be determined in the sales department and end customers can be sent on a test ride with perfect adjustment. Our dealers also use it for the individual final assembly of bicycles before delivery. It impresses by its easy handling with high precision .... Important requirements are: the laser meter and the associated rail guide must be robust in order to prevent them for going to rack and ruin in everyday work in the workshop and sales. The system must be easy to operate and be able to 'keep' the set values. An additional challenge is the price-performance ratio relevant for our customers ....
