Our new products include the new PRT slewing ring bearing with a material combination that consists of 50% renewable raw material wood. We also present a slewing ring bearing made of stainless steel or aluminium sheet with a cost saving of up to 85% compared to our PRT-04 series.

PRT-02-30-WPC | Wood-plastic combination

PRT slewing ring bearings based on wood

PRT-02 series is characterised by a lightweight feature and low costs

The PRT-02-30-WPC product range consists of a wood-plastic combination with 50% wood and 50% plastic. This is the first time we are offering a material combination that consists of 50% renewable raw materials and requires no lubricants.

PRT-06-100: up to 85% more cost-effective compared to the PRT-04

The new PRT slewing ring bearing is particularly light, flat and cost-effective compared to the rest of our PRT series. At just 8mm, it is also only half as high as the slewing ring bearing of the PRT-04 series.

FDAおよびEU10/2011準拠のPRT-04

ステンレス製リングのPRT-04は、剛性が高く、高荷重の作業に適しています。また、スライド部がイグリデュールA181製なので、PRT ロータリーテーブルベアリングはFDAに適合し、食品・包装機械でも使用できるようになっています。

最大5Nmの高トルク、PRT-01-30-ED

With our new PRT with adjustable torque you can increase the torque by up to 5Nm allowing a smooth operation and a certain self-locking degree. The slewing ring is based on our proven PRT-01-30. This means that our modular system has been extended to include the 01 series.

ドライルームおよびクリーンルーム向けPRT

イグリデュール PRT-04-100-CR ― ロータリーテーブルベアリング（ドライルーム認証付き）

イグリデュール PRT-04-100-CRは、クリーンルーム向けに開発された製品です。技術仕様はPRT-04-100と同じで、外輪にカバーを取付けて粉塵の放出を抑制しています。荷重10kgと速度0.5m/sでクラス3、180°の揺動運動と0.1m/sの構造でクラス4相当という結果が得られました。また、ドライルーム適合規格も取得しています。室温22°C、湿度<1%（露点-40°C）、空気清浄度クラス3（ISO 14644-1準拠）のドライルームとクリーンルームにて、実証試験を実施。ISOクラス7に相当するとの試験結果が得られました。

PRT-01-700 内径700mmのロータリーテーブル

新しいPRT-01-700は、最大32tの静荷重と最大10,000Nmの傾斜モーメントに対応します。そのため、当社の標準品として追加するのに最適な製品といえます。ロータリーテーブルベアリングは、すぐに取付可能なため、お客様がお使いの機器に直接組み込むことができます。PRTはどのような場所でも使用できます。そのためPRTのスライド機構は無潤滑運転が可能で、粉塵や汚れにも強くなっています。ハウジングには、軽量なアルマイト処理アルミニウムを採用しています。その高い剛性により、高負荷作業に適した製品となっています。

イグリデュール PRT-02-30-ECO - サステナブルな性能

イグリデュール PRT-02-30-ECOでは、再生材を使用しています。加工済みの原料を使用しているため、サステナブルな製品となっています。イグリデュールP4とイグリデュールM260の組み合わせは、非常に相性が良く、長寿命を実現します。

イグリデュール PRT-04-100-CRは、クリーンルーム向けに開発された製品です。技術仕様はPRT-04-100と同じで、外輪にカバーを取付けて粉塵の放出を抑制しています。荷重10kgと速度0.5m/sでクラス3、180°の揺動運動と0.1m/sの構造でクラス4相当という結果が得られました。

イグリデュール PRT-05-15-PC - 軽量、優れた耐久性

イグリデュール PRT-05-15-PCロータリーテーブルベアリングは、射出成形部品で構成されており、安価に製造できて組み付けも簡単です。シンプルな設計により、軽量で堅牢な構造を実現しています。材料として使用されているイグリデュールM260とP4は、97％以上が再生材で構成されており、耐久性の高い組み合わせとなっています。

汎用スライド機構

オーダーメイドのロータリーテーブル用スライド機構

イグスの汎用スライド機構は、高負荷時でも、摩擦係数と摩耗係数を低く抑えてくれます。形状はフレキシブルなZ型のため、個々の設置サイズに合わせて使用できます。接続はクロスバーを使用するので、様々な直径に対応することができます。また、高さも調整できるため、様々な寸法公差に対応可能です。スライド機構は左右対称の構造になっていて、1つの部品ですべての荷重方向に対応できます。潤滑剤とメンテンナンスは不要なので、無潤滑運転に適したスライド機構といえます。
