AGV scissor lift maintenance-free iglidur® polymer plain bearings can be used in scissor lifts of driverless transport systems. The solid lubricants they contain make the use of additional lubricants superfluous. Maintenance costs can thus be reduced.
Easily adjustable lifting unit With dryspin® threaded spindles, lifting units on driverless transport systems can be adjusted particularly easily and quietly. Various threaded spindle materials and spindle nuts made from high-performance polymers are available.
Torsionally rigid and modular iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings are used in driverless transport systems in the rotary unit. There they ensure torsional rigidity and modularity. They are also characterised by the fact that they are maintenance-free, compact and lightweight.
Highly resilient in the steering fork The material iglidur® J has an extremely low coefficient of friction in dry operation. Lubrication- and maintenance-free bearing points can thus be realised in the AGV to enable a long service life and efficient operation of the vehicles.
