イグボール球面ベアリングの使用事例

イグボール球面ベアリングは、厳しい環境条件でも使用可能なメンテナンスフリーの製品です。湿度の高い環境でも耐食性に優れています。使用温度範囲は-30℃～+80℃です。極端に粉塵が多い環境でもシールを必要としません。微粒子だけでなく、粗い粉塵に対しても同様です。
イグスの技術者は年間100以上の樹脂コンパウンドを新たに開発し、メンテナンスフリーのすべり軸受については毎年3,500件以上の試験を行っています。長年にわたるこれらの活動により、ポリマーの摩擦特性に関する膨大なデータベースを構築しました。
