The ReBeLMove Pro is a simple and flexible solution for transporting your small load carriers (SLCs), workstations, pallets, shelves and
other individual trolleys. With its autonomous navigation,
the system quickly adapts to new tasks and is suitable for a wide range
of applications. The integrated sensors allow for safe, trouble-free navigation, ensuring the safety of both your employees and the vehicle. The ReBeLMove Pro also offers a cost advantage of around 25% over comparable
autonomous mobile robots (AMR).
The ReBeLMove Pro is easy to set up and control thanks to the user-friendly web app. It communicates seamlessly with
virtual interfaces (REST API) and physical IoT devices, assuring automated process control. Integrated fleet management and intuitive app. The process parameters are continuously monitored and transport orders are started automatically: for instance, it is possible to open and call lifts. At assembly lines or machines, you can order replenishment manually or via an IO module as required.
In addition, the optional fleet manager allows entire fleets of the ReBeLMove Pro to carry out transport tasks efficiently and without interrupting work processes.
Applications
The following production processes can be automated with ReBeLMove Pro: supplying and emptying machines, supplying manual workstations, transporting empty containers, replenishing goods, transporting order picking trolleys, carrying out quality processes and providing tools to operatives.
Integrated fleet management
Do you already have other AMRs in use and want to add one or more ReBeLMove Pro to your existing fleet? With the optional fleet manager, operators can control ReBeLMove Pro fleets and mixed fleets reliably and without collisions. The fleet management system is compatible with VDA5050.
Intuitive app
Set-up, customisation and operation via central web app. The intuitive user interface works on all
operating systems: Android, iOS, web and Windows.
