Easy gripping
These robots have an excellent grip. They
are used in the manufacturing industry,
where they precisely grip parts and pass these
on for assembly or place them in a machine,
for example. This is made possible by the
three-finger gripper. Light and pressureresistant
bearings must be used to ensure the
robot is as lightweight as possible despite its
powerful gripping force. The design engineers
decided in favour of the lubricant-free
iglidur® bearings from igus®, since these best
met the requirements.
